I am Parineeta Binani... from past 8 yrs I have been taking a cab from New Alipore to Maniktala Main Road and my fare comes around 335/-.

Today I took a cab from Constatntia Bldg Rowdon St. ti Maniktala Main Rd...He asked for extra 30/- above the meter & 25%extra for a.c...I said k...but the meter was running very high...whereas in d normal taxi...every .2km the price increases 1.20/- ...and in this cab it was increasing 3/-...

I booked a 9 seater Tampo traveler on 8th June two day before my trip. around 8-9 before my journey they (Soniya) called me and informed that they dont have requested 9 seater Tampo traveler available and they offer me 12 seater tampo traveler with additional cost of 10 K. which was exceeding my budget and even we didnt require additional seating capacity hence I requested them to cancel my reservation.

I was riding my vehicle near BMH hospital and the taxi no. KA 09 D 3386 fellow almost dashed my vehicle. I don't know how this fellow got his licence. I think some serious action has to be taken against him or else i am sure he will kill someone due to his reckless Driving. I request to take the matter seriously and question the driver....

I was waiting for bus to go Mumbai at Pune Hingwadi flyover . Taxi agent at that stop forcing me to come on taxi or else he is about to though stones on me . He spoke in very bad language. He forcefully took me into taxi and took money advance . When everyone set in tax AC was on . When about to move he stopped and demanding extra money for AC .

Recently we went Manali by taj tour & Travel agency and we have a bad experience with the Car driver Car number 3582. He was a local person of Manali. He misleads us and misguides. When we ask him about the local sightseeing, he starts using bad words and snatches our money. and runs away from the location.

Please look at this person and take some immediate action....

I alongwith my family were standing at Atal Dwar near MIG thana Indore (M.P.) and we called an auto driver from other side of the road (MP09TA4240), but he was drunk and was very verbally inappropriate. We denied to ride with him, the he blamed us for calling him and verbally abused us and threaten us seriously. It was very traumatic and sad. Can someone please take action for this, I hope justice will be served.

We got an accident with taxi driver at 10:15 at seetha circle traffic signal because of the mistake of taxi driver. After that he used slang and abusive words. After that he started beating my colleague by his shoes. I only remember the last four digits i. E 7605 and first two alphabets ka of that cab number. Kindly cancel the licence of the driver....

A prepaid Taxi at Majestic Railway Station shows incorrect 'fare chart' and charged INR 500 from Majestic Railway Station to Murgeshpalya. I was later told by my friends that actual fare should not have exceeded INR 200.

On 24th july, 11, we took a cab from ultadanga to airport (8 kms distance) in taxi number-WB 04 e 4427. he charged us Rs.170. we told him that the meter is running too fast but he was rude to us. I told him that i would complain but he said do what you want....

I travel from Mataunga (w) to saki naka through bandra kurla on a daily basis. Most of the timnes I take a cab and the meter reading ranges between 9.10 (on Sunday without traffic) to maximum of 1:11 (on working days), which works out to a max of Rs 180 on high traffic days with the cyrrent min fare of Rs. 16.

This is regarding taxi drivers who refuse customers. On the 28th of September, I was travelling from Haji Ali to Byculla. Tried hailing many cabs but no one was ready to go to my destination (Byculla). Despite the fact that I am a pregnant lady(9 months to be precise), no taxi driver was willing to take me to my destination. I have jotted down some cab numbers who refused.
