I had booked for a local 8hrs 80kms package, but took payment for outstation.
I had asked about the package details clearly. They had informed sayin you have to pay Rs.1453 for the inclusive kms and if s exceeds you have to pay 10.50 per km.
I travelled 206 kms and I was supposed to pay for only 126kms extra. Taxiguide ppl called me after traveling and talked rudely to make me pay for 300kms. I had worst experience with taxi...

Hi,
I may be bit harsh here forgive me for that. But I cannot express this in any lower note as I had been made to go through such an arrogance by the Taxi Guide Team.
There can't be a worst customer service than this. I had booked a ride with Taxi Guide vide BRN - 24964 on 26-Dec-2014 for a ride on 27-Dec-2014 (Bangalore City ride). Once I had booked & paid the amount in full, i got a call from the customer care saying, all the...

I want to provide pass the feedback about the worst service offered by taxi guide,
Driver was Rude & not covered the planned five places in Bangalore .
1) Driver not gave receipt of 1500 rupees received from me.
