Hi, I did used taxsmiles do it for me paying 600 INR in JULY 2015 they did a wrong calculation and asked me to pay huge amount as returns this wrong calculation happened for 2 times.Later i dropped a mail to them by doing the calculation myself.they came back to me saying the calculation i made was correct when i did everything by myself whats the use of this taxsmile guys . I asked for my paymeny of 612 rs which they are refusing to...

After preparing tax returns, I have made the payment and while returning to taxsmile.com website some 'internal error' occurred 3 days back. My tax filing is not done yet !! I have emailed [protected]@taxsmile.com and sent a reminder after a day. No response from them. Reference code for payment 13092405...

I have submitted my Form 16 docs along with Payment done online in June. Till now filing has not been done. Also in my User Credentials some body else's details and PAN NO is maintained. I have sent more than 20 mails no use... Everytime they come back saying it will be done in 1 business days. HORRIBLE SERVICE...

I also got very bad experience. I paid self assessment tax and also paid their fees. However I did not get my returns filed and also not getting any response from the support. I dont know what to do now.. Has any one got any way to get to tax smile... they have screwed me. Please please help me out with this. Thanks, Amit...

Inspite of emailing them 10 times, sending reminders, they did not heed to my request. They collected the fee and wanted me to fill the details. They are unprofessional and bad at customers service. I kindly request you to go to regular Tax Practioner instead of these Taxsmile goons who make you cry....

I tried filing my returns. On the last review step, it is giving mismatch error. It is saying that I have submitted 0 tax deduction from my employer but in the tax department they are not finding any record of 0 Tax deduction, so it is a mismatch. And because of this, it is not letting me submit my returns. They have already deducted by amount. Emailed to [protected]@taxsmile.com and [protected]@taxsmile.com, but no response....

1. The taxsmile helpdesk team came to my company and took Rs. 150 from each employee including me and filed on[protected] and till now did not receive any communication from taxsmile about my file returns. I wrote couple of emails to [protected]@taxsmile.com and [protected]@taxsmile.com but still no responses from them. Also tried the phone number displayed on website and waited for 20 minutes but goes to automated IVR. That is really pathetic. 2....

My name is vikram kuthiala and i am registered with taxsmile with the name vikram1970. I have paid over rs 1800 to taxsmile for filing my return. After submitting all my data they have stopped responding to my mail. They have not submitted my IT return. The contact number does not respond for hours, there live chat is always offline. They do not reply to emails. In fact they are a miserable organisation....

Hi Team, I was filing the tax for 2013 year in TaxSmile.com. for filing last year's tax it prompting for 281 rupees. I have done the transaction by online and the amount 281 got debited from my account. But the filing process was not completed and suddenly showed some error. Acknowledgement not yet received

I have used taxsmile for filing it return for Fy[protected], paid money online and submitted 2 sets of paper for receiving ITR ackonowledgement on 17th july. However, till date I haven't received the acknowledgement and on enquiry I got vague answers by saying it is on the way through courier....

Taxsmile is a new company which helps you in filing the tax. But their service is extremely horrible. For last year return, I paid them 281/- through my credit card on 10th July, 2008. At the same day I registered to them.
I called the customer care because the total amount due was showing the same. As per the CSR she said that it will take 24hrs to recieve as their server is slow.
