TCL response very poor reg custormer service
Dear Sir,
I am new to Bangalore.I bought TCL washing machine on MORE super market in old madras rd.I hope More will deal with geniue electronic home appliance dealer.Purchased date - 16_10_2009.
Then machine completely stopped running and made complaint on 24_10_2009 via customer care number -
[protected].My complaint id - 09j24w012.
Model - TWM-65DG/S
No response...

ITS WATER SELECTER AND DRAIN BUTTON IS BROKEN . TCL PEOPLE ARE U SEEING IT IS CREATING A BAD IMAGE O[censored]R COMPANY

Myself Sushil Kumar Singh and I am living in Sangam Vihar New Delhi since 12 yrs.
I would like to say that I have complaint about the TCL company. I purchased TCL Washing Machine on 23/12/2007 from Masuri Shop which is located in sangam vihar locality.

We are in touch with your kerala TCL company for the past 2 months for our TCL Washing machine.One service man came from there and informed that it's spin motor was complaint.But they were asking for the purchase bill .We do have the WARRANTY till the date 23-8-09.They really avoiding our problem for the last 2 months. So please do the needful.

Not satisfied with the service
We had purchased the washing machine of 8 Kg. After complaining, complain is attended after 15 days & product is being repaired after 3 months.
