I brought this on 9/10/15, i started to use it on next day but it was not work ing.At once i called proper call centre in Chennai, they told they will send some one for service with in 2days in but until now noons had come. What shall i do?reply soon.or you pls send new one & take back the condemned roti maker.or return the money back....

I brought a nicer dicer from Telesmart for Rs.1745. When i opened the delivery there was no manual for that product and also, there was fault in the upper part. When, i called them, they asked me to courier the product to them for identifying and replacing the component. It is more than a week. Yet i have not received the replaced item.
