NO REFUND OF MONEY AGAINST PAYMENT

i HAD ORDERED A DIGITAL CAMERA OVER INTERNET THROUGH TELEMALL IN DECEMBER THROUGH HSBC CREDIT CARD.THEY DDI NOT DELIVER IT TILL DATE NEITHER ARE THEY RETURNING BACK THE MONEY AND THEY RAE TELLING ME THAT THEY WOULD REFUND ME BACK THE MONEY TOMY CREDIT CARD. HSBC HAS CONFIRMED ME ON MAIL THAT NO SUCH REFUND HAS HAPPENED TILL DATE AND THERE IS A LADY CALLED SHELLY WHO IS CONSTANTLY TELLING ME THAT REFUND HAS HAPPENED....

i had purchacad a product named (BODY SWINGER) from tele mall from meerut by home delievery now after 2 month its not working so when i called them they just said that they dont have the product in thier stock its more then 1 1/2 month since then whenever i called then they say it is out of stock "jab stock main hoga tab milega ".............................so dont buy telemall products...
