my telenor number [protected] jo ki kaafi samay se kho gaya hai aur wah aadhar card se link bhi nahi hai, you had taken sim main voter id, fer bhai muje yeh sim kya chayeye kya kya…....

Sir, my balance rs. 40/= deducted without information while i did not subcribed any vas. This is too bad. Company work like a thief. I already call to customer care but they are not responding properly you can say misbehave with me. Plese arrange to give proper instruction to company and also return my balance immediately otherwise i will srrender the subject number....

I have done recharge my mob number [protected] with data pack Rs 57 on 2nd May 2016, and it was valid till 30th May 2016, but it was deactivated before one day on 29th May 2016, could you please explain how the GPRS pack was expired one day before ?
In Telenor they always do wrong billing, activate / deactivate any plan without customer consent.
Please look into this matter and resolve the problem asap....

Hello My Number is [protected] and this morning the balance was about 141 rupees in my account and 25 MB of 2G Data left in my account. suddenly my wife called me in office that all balance is gone within 3 hours and it is showing 1.40 Approx balance.
