I have received a call from [protected]. They have asked for my home address requesting to send my credit card statement, and then they have asked my card number and an otp saying that my reward points will be converted to cash, and then deducted 9999.00 rs.
When i started asking, about the transation he didnt speak for long time and then disconnected.
Please find the person and let me know so that i can...

MY DAUGHTERS, WIFE AND MYSELF SUFFERED LOT BCAS OF NET PROBLM AND CANNOT ABLE TO ATTEND EXAMS OVER NET. WHY THESE PEOPLE NOT DO THEIR DUTY. GOD ONLY KNOWS. PLS TAKE UP THIS MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY. I have booked telephone line/broadband since 2 months, there is no cable laid in our area still. The advertisement they show deepika to fool people. actually the government owned company is very bad provider. if it was private then we could have understood. There is no absolute customer care, they dont even bother to call back & inform customer about the problem. The customer has to run pillar to post.

Dear sir,
I have complained to the concerned department(1500) regarding the defect telephone, several times. The complaint docket no is [protected], the last one is doc. no:[protected]of the landline no:[protected],on 15..12..09.
The defect is whe I ring to 1500, 1800 etc, 198. the progrmmed messages ask as to press numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6, or 0, 9 etc. When pressed the contact is not made and hence unable to continue conversation...

Dear Sir / Madam,

We applied for BSNL connection during Dec 08 for Landline with Internet.

The department came with the WLL phone and assured due to cable shortage they will replace the same with the proper instrument and internet connection.

It is quite to strange to note that the BSNL service is so poor and the engineer's or the concenred AE, DE are least bothered to consumer's request....
