Hi Team, I have ordered table mate on 20/7/2015 and received on 23/7/2015. The Table mate item which has delivered is the damaged piece. I have seen the damaged in two places. Quality of the product is completely unsatisfied. I have called many times to [protected] and asked for replacement status. Customer care folks are keep on asking me to email a complaint to [protected]@live.com. I did that as well but no response yet. For proof, I have attached the damage piece picture in mail. Ensure to replace the damaged product with new & good quality product as soon as possible. I want to replace with new product or give me the money back. Else going to make a compliant in Consumer Divisions and will close the fake product company.       I ordered a 16 GB spy pen by online on 28 Dec 2013 from the Tele Shopping product. That ordered spy pen received by me from the Gati courier on 08 Jan 2014 with closed delivery. when i open the pack then i saw pen' s neck is broken and then i check the memory space by pc that is only 08 GB . Please tell me what i do?

        After purchasing & receiving the item of spy pen camera , from TELE SHOPPING PRODUCT NO:460, REGIONAL TOWER, MUMBAI ANDHERI EAST , PIN:400069 , MY DOCKET NO:[protected] , This product purchase through online website:http://pencameras.in, they given 1 year warrenty also , but after receiving the product within 1 day that instrument not working , no body is responding. please help it ?

          Hi,
          My Name is Althaf Hussain, am from AP HYD. on 19Dec12 i have ordered a 5 in 1 Velvet Air sofa Bed through online, and i recd the parcel on 25Dec12. In that i recd one sofa and one air pump and one carry Bag, there is a offer of getting (Air pump+carry Bag+Repair Kit). Instead of these i recd only two items and the remaining item "Repair Kit" i did not recd. On the same day i have called to customer care ([protected]) they told me to send the message to the above mentioned no. and i send the SMS two times i.e 25 Dec 12 and 15 Jan 13, again i called but there is no response from there side, as my sofa also get puncher-ed, and am having one Year Manufacture warranty.
          Please help me on this to get a Repair Kit and to Replace the Sofa, as the service is very very Bad.

          Sir, I was purchase air sofa bag in sep 2013 by online from tele shopping product newly but after one month air tart slowly leakage at side. pl this air sofa repairing & replaced . Bill/cash memo serial no. 1263 & my mobile no [protected] & [protected] & mail add. [protected]@yahoo.co.in
