I ordered vide order no. Qbb[protected] dated 01 sep 19 for 1100 mobile phone with free branded bluetooth at total cost of rs. 899/-
But mobile supplied to me was nokia n1280 which is different model and defective also as mobile and charger not working. Mobile screen also tilted.
And they didn't responding at all. Please help in this matter. Thanking you....

I have ordered for Huawei Sports Headset which was in the buy one get one free category. But, On Sunday at 11:30 around I received the parcel which contained a sony power bank and a local sports Headset. Moreover, the seal of the headset box was broken.
I have attached a picture of the parcel received for your reference.

I would like you to refund my the whole amount.

Sony power bank is buy from the factory sale online web site they showing return of items and replacement with in five days i trying to return my item but there is no option to return item, in that website contact no shows but that is not working and i mailed, they not replayed this is my order no order dhfs99611299, i not understand how to it return please help me...

Advertisement of the factory sale on facebook, i ordered sony 32000 mah power bank with free headset. But on april 5, 2019, the company delivered mi plus 3000 mah power bank along with a duplicate skulcandy headset. I tried so many time to contact the company but the company not re directed to costumer support, phone calls in this regards over the mobile numbers provided for the purpose......

I ordered power bank and bluetooth device of sony and i7 respectively both the products are duplicate. I got the product yesterday and since then i am trying to contact. I am trying to return the product as well but can't proceed and their contact number is out of service. No response from company yet no of people was cheated like this please consider my case as soon as possible....
