The Golden Palms Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

I had taken a membership from Golden Palms last year, August .They had promised that they will provide a 3 days stay in their resort anytime of the year .I had initially asked for a 3 day stay last year but they said it's full and they can't accommodate us. Now i again asked this year and i got the same response . I had paid Rs 8000 /- for the membership and i need a refund. Please help me out .

Hi,

Last year in the month of August we came across a person who cheated us and made us take a one year membership for a resort called "Golden palms" . Son after we took the membership they are not providing any services which were actually assigned to us.
They are not responding to any of my calls and whenever we ask for rooms to be booked we get back an answer that everything is full.
Coming August our membership...
