‘the jewellery palacee’ an instagram business account repeatedly tricks their customers. I’ve ordered accessories from their instagram business account. After receiving the money they didn’t bother to respond much. I didn’t receive any products yet. I’ve waited three months . I told Vani Chaudhari, it’s owner to pay back my money . But she said they won’t refund the amount but I can select some accessories from their new collection....

I’ve ordered earrings through their instagram page and sent the money through google pay. They didn’t deliver the product....

Very very disappointed with their service. I ordered 5 pairs of earrings, by july 24th. Until now i haven't received neither the parcel nor any refund. The parcel got lost in between and i had to select the pieces again and tell them. Yet i have not received any amount. They don't reply properly to my msgs. They aren't picking calls also. Kindly do something about it. Please report these kind of pages, because of these type of pages only...
