If this is genuine or fake

Respected sir / madam, i got an email from yahoo msn lottery promotions, that i had won a prize money of 750, 000.00 (Seven hundred and fifty thousand, great britain pound sterlings) for the annual 2008 lottery promotion which is organized by msn/yahoo lottery in conjunction with the microsoft windows. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.
