This is to inform you that on jan 05-2019 5 animals (Unit 1) were being transported from army dairy farm meerut as per the govt. Policy for dairy users.
Unfortunately one of the milch cow died in road accident having tag no: (Clk-379 fauji)....

Mera naam babulala gurjar s/o suja lal gurjar (gadhi no RJ14TD 1641) ne aapse 27may 2017 se 26 may 2018 ka bima karwaya tha. mere gandi ka 4 sep 2017 ko accident ho gya tha jiske claim ke liye maine surveior officer ko bula ke spot surve krwaya or uske baad maine gadi ko workshop le aaya jaha gadhi k complete surve krawa kr sabhi kaam karwaye gaye .jiske total billo ko jiska total 93700 hota hai, maine surviour ko de diye jiske reoprt surviour...
