I am writing this mail from the room no 235 of park hotel at around 1 AM in night. I had booked my stay at the hotel @ the park, kolkata for 2 nights along with my friend for 12th Feb to 14th Feb 2023. I was given room no 235.
The first night, that’s 12th was ok but the next nights that is 13th night is going horrible for me. It seems that few rooms in the hotel are under renovation. There is continuous hammering in the room above...

Park hotel in vishakapatinam doesn't deserve to be of the stature of a 5 star. the staff is slack in their service and security harasses customer at the gate. I had my birthday on 27 june 15 where i had planned to treat my friends at the park. When i reached the hotel right at the gate for entrance to hotel premises i was told that no stag entry allowed. The security was not at all ready to listen to the purpose of my visit. i was travelling...

Wrong Billing
I have spoken to many customer care attendant at Vodafone but all are useless. I have clearly mention that i dont want my credit limit to be exceeded more than to Rs. 900. But I thinkno one is intrested to do their job rather simply sitting and getting paid for no work. They will always charge me for wrong billing.
We also work in service oriented sector where such type of negliance is not excepted. Wake up ALL....
