I went to the hquater of SBI bank parliament street delhi following all the precautions of covid19 as I wanted to transfer money to Canada on urgent basis for my job... but the AGM over there Mr Vijay kumar completely denied my request and ignored me... it was very irresponsible and really bad behaviour of that manager the way he is treating customers... he has to be warned and a strict action has to be taken on him....

My wife Mrs B.M.Chhibber, resident of EG-5, inderpuri, is a pensioner of BSNL for 12 years. She is bedridden, and we want the services of the branch to come and verify, collect the life certificate of parman. I had deposited the cheque on 31/08/2017 for transfering fund to my ppf account. To day on 07 sep 2017 when i went to bank it was stated that the as software is not working cheque was not sent for clearing. It is not understood how the software was not working since last so many days. I had met the bank manager also he says that software is updated and since then it is not working. Hi, I have been calling SBI Bhikhaji Cama branch to get a provisional certificate of my loan account for tax rebate for current financial year. since last three weeks but they do not answer the calls.
