This is praveena they didn't told me that we have to sign up for registration they send me ine link to register i also register...its totally fraud company More peoples are suffering from thiz kind of job .kindly plz help us.This is a fraud company. Asked to fill resume and then I found over internet that this is a fraud company. Please help me to get out of it....

The resume search company send me SMS, send emails even they send me messages on my whatsapp no. Becoz I have signed their agreement but one of mu friend told me its fake as they don’t pay you anything and inspite of it ask money from you itself the amount of rs.5500 + gst for portal service changes and now harrasing mee while sending me messages of different different laws and told me that they have started legal proceedings against me...

They are messaging me to pay amount. Other wise they will file on case plzz friends help......

Hi.I just find this resume search job in google so i took up that contact nd then contact them on whatsApp on before last 2month at that time they told there is no processing fees at earlier so i think to join there but after that i didn't receive any msg from them and just before 1week i got msg frm them so they asked me 1 id proof nd my mail id. The captioned Company has initiated a agreement with my wife (who was seeking job) or doing a weekly job. They have executed an agreement online while signature captured was sent them on whatsapp. Yesterday they called her and pressurised her to pay INR 10000, else they were going to issue a legal notice. Since my wife was harrassed and as a result, she was in pressure, hence she paid them of 6500 to them. Later I called them back and refused...

This company contacted me told that I can a lot of money and registered me they told it is very easy and u can do it with ease but when I got the work it was to difficult and no one could do 600 resumes in a week that's just impossible and now they r harrassing for Rs6500 money and saying i[censored] do not pay this u will be penalised and u will go through court hearing .
Telle what should I do now...

Before Registration she cannot told any cancellation charges any other charges and Terms nd Conditions. I told her that is impossible task but she assure ho jaega, then i started nd i take extra day to complete the work for 1180rs including GST. This is a fraud company asking to pay money 6500+portal charges +GST. They had cheated me by not allowing to read terms and condition and just said sign on the agreement. This company didn't provide full information and signed a fake agreement with job seekers and then threatened them for not completing the task which in itself an impossible work to deliver within the given timeframe. And, if we submit the task then they demand for not meeting the quality. Anyhow, they just demand for money by threatening that they will take legal action against the candidate.

I completed the task of 600 resumes...

As per their agreement I had to download the same and sign it as acknowledgement before sending the self attested copy to them. I have not done that. Am I liable for penal charges?
Secondly now they are harassing me for payment and warning against legal action under sections of IT....

Before registration he cannot told any cancellation charges any other charges. But due to not compliance of work, he claim an amount of rs 5500+gst.
T paid such amount, the he demand an other charges.

He doing fraud plz help....

This company is a fraud. They don't tell you the whole process and start molest you after not completing the work. They will even ask for money portal charges...please take an action against it as it is affecting many people and creating problem...

Resume search company firstly signed an agreement with me where the recruiter just told me to skip all the terms and conditions and he was not letting me to read also properly and told me to sign. Now I have not completed their work, they just blacking and treating to give 5500+GST to them.They also told me that if I don't pay within 24 hrs they will detoriate from cipil score as they have my pan card and adhaar card...

Blackmailing in the name of law against me...

Hi, I have opted this job by the marketing person called Neha kumari.
She did not explain the project and told me to sign without reading the terms and condition.I have successfully completed the resumes of 600 within 7 days and they are coming back starting I have not achieved 90% accuracy so need to pay charges including GST of 6490rs I have paid it now again they are calling me to pay 3500rs for termination charges.I really don't...

Fake company and fake legal action. They only try on people who don't want to take any risk and pay them.
I also got threatening call from them but when I ignored they stopped calling me...

I have completed 600 resumes within 7 days which is impossible task, but after completing they somehow showed errors in QA report and now harrasing me with legal notice.. please guide...

They called me over whatsapp and said to follow the next step and do it as they are saying and they didn't told to read the agreement.and now they are asking me money as I tild them I can't do I am busy in my exams and it's very hard job .what they said was easy and what they shared was very hard...

This is a fraud company situated in Surat, Gujarat as the address suggets . The 2 guys Komal Sharma & Pradeep Singh Rathore will demand from you a sum of 5500 & gst . thier company doesnt have a CIN / DIN ... a fake GST number ...they are just looting spree and demanding money from youngsters .

This company give chance to work with them, before agreement. I said I don't have laptop . Then they said it u can work with phone... But for start the work i found it not easy for me work with phone.. so I said icant start the work right now. Then their way of talk changed and ask me to pay fine. And messaging like legal proceedings will start.. their agreement is actually not opening in my Phone....

Threatening to pay money even though i didn't start any work thy told u signed ur sheets u have to pay but i blocked all their number n email...

I already said to them i wont work they respond rudely and blackmail ing me by showing contract...

The community member messged me in whatsap and told me to do the work. During login procedure told me to sign without allowing to read. Now they are harrassing me to pay the money otherwise they will take legal action against me....

Company member didn't allow to read the terms and conditions. They told me that page will close sir you have to submit or press ok button.
And now as not able to finish the work, they are asking me to pay sum of Rs. 6490....
