My name is Sofia Dhodia. I had placed an order on www.thesurpriser.com on 8th May 2017 for an 8 kg of Fruits bonanza worth Rs. 1949. It was to be delivered at Silvassa on my parents' anniversary. I gave a call on the mobile number provided by the site i.e. 91 [protected]. A woman received my call and told me that she would check for the update and inform me in a while. I have booked on 15oct 2014 a birthday cake and a flower bunch for my sister which had to be delivered on 16 oct 2014, but till today it was not believed and also money is not refunded (Rs.1198). so want to take a legal action on this company.
The address of company is 425, 8th main, 4th block Koramangala Bangalore- 560034 and contact no. 91 [protected] (it is switched off). this is fraud company...
