I paid and payment was made from payyoumoney. As other complaints say about it..!! I have made a payment on 4th nov 2018. By debit card.
I have not yet received product. Website is not accessible! Not opening.
So, i cant contact by phone / access contact page.

In email received, only says, payment successful.
It has no contact details, items ordered.
I think it's bluff. I would appreciate...

I had ordered cover and payment was done by payumoney and it had mention ordered will be delivered by 10 -15 days but there is delivery or any mail regarding the same. I was waiting and now when i am trying to contact their website it isn't opening.

I ordered redmi note 5 pro back covers on thecoverzon.com and the payment was made in advance. the status till yesterday was processing and now i can't even reach the site. no confirmation mail or bill was shared
I have also tried mailing them on their given customer care email but no response from it too.
yes an action should be taken against this...

Even i placed the order on the same day i. E. On 2nd oct by seeing the add on instagram. The price was reasonably low as compared to the other site so i ordered the product but now the site is also not responding. Some wordpress site is opening there in place of coverzone. My product no. Is 7895.
No customer care support or site access is available now....

Sir i have ordered a product from thecoverzon.com on 2nd october, 2018 but the product is undelivered to me and i am trying to reach out the customer care but it does not have a valid mail and the online complaint on the site never registers.

Since i ordered the product the status is processing and moreover no expected delivery date is mentioned on site. The payment was made in advance.

I am very much hurt and...
