I have received one piece product.
I had ordered 2 sony power banks
I have received aone powerbank
I have paid 1249 rupees
I want refund as soon as possible
They have scammed by providing these substandard products
I had ordered this a week ago. Got the delivery today
Refund me as soon as possible.
The product on the website was completely different......

Completely damaged product received. Power bank is almost already used and headset is completely damaged as show in photos..
So please change the products. It is openly fraud to customers and illegal marketing by the factorysellcom if service provider not give any attention to me with in one week then i will take hard action against company and this will go to consumer court...

It is a fake site. They become us fool. Not delivered actual product which you saw at time you order. They sent me some cheap products against my order of huawei sport headphone lite. They sent me joggers company head phone in parcel. And get cod charges. And now they don't reply in mail and also their mobile no. For customer care is switch off every time or busy, or wrong no. Etc., etc......

I am dushyant singh purchased online sony 32000mah power bank & get i7 wireless headset free from thefactorysale.com and paid rs.850/- for the same but after unboxing then comes to know that this site has all product is duplicate and they running an online scam by selling the product to the customer, even headset is not working.

Request to you that pls refund my money and collect the product back asap....

Today i have received the ordered power bank but sorry to say it’s not at all matching to displayed product. I don’t like the quality and never thought product will not match to displayed product. I also do t think this is original sony product as confirmed by your tele caller. Request to refund my money and collect the product back.

I have ordered a powerbank of Sony company but seller send to me another powerbank of another local company which is in worst condition, after seeing the product just next day I send an email.
I have complained so many times but there is no any response from that side.

I called sony customer care and enquired if they're providing any such product.
They said that.. Maximum capacity of the power bank they produce is 20000mah...
Price is more than 5000/-inr.
