Please refunded my amount. I cancel my order please refund their amount in mobikwik. My order is not showing in ur website ¬hing is to be downloaded their app please refunded my amount 273rupees with in 24hours.
I had requested mobikwick, immedietly to stop payment and in more thanks 48hrs no response so looks like they to are involved. Only solution is cyber crime cell....

I have placed order but havent got any response. When i call customer care they say they cant speak english and can only speak hindi. What kind of customer service it is. They are not even bothered of customer.

Fraudulently enticing customers to its e commerce site.
Once money get debited from customers account, false sms link & false e mail link comes but you can't track the order or cancel the order or do anything.
Their mobile app not approved in google playstore, still they claim so.
They didn't respond to e mail, call or sms.

As per my order #261285 dtd 07/19/2018, thejtstore.com are inform me that my order is locked and says I have to earn points by your referral and earn program to take the product. it is really a fake and i asked for refund my money.
Lastly on Aug 14, 2018, TheJT Store accept my refund request and passed to related department ! to approve it- for refund. and it will be processed within 7 - 10 days on same account it paid.
BUT...

It’s a fake site run by a #.
I recently had odered from the site and later after the payment is made they locked my order and are telling me to refer them to unlock it

I contacted their customer support and some illiterates behind call and telling me the same to refer them to unlock the order..
It’s total scam site and all the good review are written by owners...
