Maine apna led 32 inch tv 06.02.2019 ko flipcart se online purchase kiya tha 20.01.2020 se led display kharb hai uski complain pahle flipcart ko ki unhone kaha ki abhi led thomson ki under warranty me hai unhe complain kro maine 23.01.2020 se thomson ko led display ki complain ki hui hi aj 16.02.2020 tak koi uchit karwai nahi hui hai maine custumar ko daily complain kar kar bahut pareshan ho gya hu lakin koi sunbai nahi ho rahi hai na hi...

We bought thomson led tv on from flipkart on november 2018 and the tv display is not coming (Only voice is coming) from the month of june 2019.

We raised complaint with thomson customer care on july 2019 but they are not responding to the complaint properly (Complaint id – ch[protected].
Very poor and slow response from their end. Also they are not answering properly for the phone calls....

I bought a Thomson LED TV in Guwahati via Flipkart on 06/09/2018. The TV was delivered the next day (07/09/2018).
