I have purchased thomson smart tv 43 inch from flipkart and last one year before tv led display have some problem and not booting. I have emailed the invoice to thomson customer care & an engineer visited and submit the investigation to thomson, after that there is no response from the customer care & even if i tried to contact them and that too failed to connect with them....
