My internet got disconnected on 31st aug they told me to get fiber i said will get next month now its been 9 days they didn't send anyone to check my connection they forcing to get fiber and i have already paid an annual amount.. company is dominant in our area providers are not taking care of complaints no graviance system they just register complaint n let it pending i registered complaint on timble its C048 its still pending no action...
