The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

pan card registration fees is taken though they did not accept my form.

2 days ago, i registered for pan through "https://www.tin-nsdl.com/" (Tax information network of income tax department). After the whole process, of adding details and paying money, the website said your details doesn't match the details on your aadhar card. The website must have checked this before taking my money. But firstly they took my money and said details do not match. The website said i will receive my money, but i didn't received...

Pan Card NOt received
Although my PAN card was dispatched on 25 Feb 2008, it is yet to be received.
My PAN no is AYYPK9362P...
The tin website says it was dispatched by POST.
All my colleagues have received by Courier.
In this day and age, why are they sending by POST, that too, to few unfortunate people.
I called at their help-desk, They have "set" it to busy, have sent them emails, no use.
