My cousin ordered a smart watch from this website todaylivedeal.com by mistake and now i want to return it how can i do it they are not receiving call and the number give in contact us option is someone's else number and my cousin had payed to that product on cod and later when i came home today then he told me about all this making fool scheme and bogus websites... And product quality is worst... Please help me out asap... My number is [protected]...

Recieved smart watch on 25.05.2019 at 5.00pm through xpressbees courrier with tracking id[protected]. As this is not the same watch as we ordered also when checked prdometer it shows steps without stepping means its defective piece. So please return this smart watch and also refund my money of rs 1749.00 which i paid to you through sbi internet banking on 14.05.2019 by my father's account.

I order mi 3 band watch from todaylivedeal.com site. The payment was done.. after payment done I got text that your parcel dispatch in 24hours. So I'm waiting for another text. But I didn't get any text. So I visit website and get customer care number. I try 50 times but no one is picking up the call.. I also wrote email but I never get reply. So I check Google and found that they are selling fake products. After few days I received my order...

I have orderd combo offer bluetooth jogger qc10 with kw88 pro android 7.0 smart watch phone mtk6580 quad core 1gb 16gb 1.39 inch 400*400 screen with 2.0mp smartwatch from todaylivedeal.com and they send fake watch at rupees 1899. And requesting to take it back they are not responding also they are not receiving my call.. There have returne policy in there website but they are not responding.....

I saw ad on instagram and ordered it through cod but got a different watch which is very cheap and not as described, i tried call the phone no. Approximately 60 times but it came up with no answer busy tone and switched off. I mailed them too but there was no reply from their side. I wish to return the same and get my money back. I called to this site customer care and owner about my product but he was talking very rudely and wrostly and too much abused to me over phone and when i asked refund, but...

I purchased the band online on 23rd december 2018. But i opened the product it was different than i expected. They were showing the different product on the website. So using the website i proceed to return the product. Didn't receive any confirmation regarding that product.

I waited for one day then i emailed for returning product, they are not replying.

I just want to return the product and get my money back.br...
