Haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone! It’s been longer than the ridiculous 15 days!!! This is fraud!!! I need a refund!!!
Do not order these dolls!!! They are not what are pictured!!! I ordered 4!!! None of the extras were with any of them

I ordered two dolls, it took many emails and 6 weeks before the dolls arrived and they do not at all look anything like the dolls I ordered. I read on other complaints the same information and one person wrote that the seller does not respond to emails requesting return of the dolls and a refund.

I ordered a Waldorf Doll for my niece for $69.00. It looks nothing like the picture on my order form. It is cheap and ugly. They advertised free returns within 15 days, but I have tried to contact them 3 times for return instructions and they do not reply.

The “Waldorf”doll I ordered from Topsnova does not look anything like the one advertised on Pinterest. Hair is different color, face and head shape are different, and accessories in photo ( doll purse and animal) are not included. The overall quality is very poor, certainly not worth $62.80. I have now read that many Chinese companies are using photos from legitimate websites to sell Waldorf dolls of inferior quality. I am trying to get...

They offered me a 15% refund and I could keep the doll. But I don’t want the doll. I want a full refund of $57.99 USA
