I ordered an African American Waldorf doll with an extra set of clothing. Instead, I got a deformed, cheaply made elf. The doll is not even the right color. The clothing is ugly and nothing like the outfit I was supposed to get. I paid 68.00 and since it's on sale, I can't get my money back. A total scam. I ordered the doll in the bottom of the picture. I got a cheap doll that is ugly and looks nothing like the ad....

I ordered a Waldorf doll for my granddaughter fro Topsnova ( advertised on Pinterest). It arrived over three weeks late. When it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the doll in the advertisement. The hair color was red ( instead of blonde), the face color was different and shape of face as well.
