May 1 2015, I went to Sarjapur Road total mall around 8 PM, I took many stuff and one of the item was 500 Gm Kaju (Item Code: KAL CAS W320 50), time of billing: 21:24:55 - 1st May 2015. We have purchased Sona Masuri Rice of 25 Kgs Bag from Total Mall. When tried to cook, we found the rice was sticky on day 1. However, we thought to give a try by pouring more water rather than usual. Please dont go to TOTAL MAll madiwala, there customer service is good for nothing. I have brought one whirlpool refrigerator, they have brought on older , broken one. its not standing properly, the package was all torn , even the thermo coal is broken. If you are Ok to take chnace then its up to you.

We had booked ZUARAI sofa that costs Rs 42990/-set on 3/7/2010, bill number is -12436, we have paid advance of RS 30000/- at total in GOPALAN MALL. And they were suppose to deliver the sofa on Saturday (10/7/2010).

I bought a cot, deluxe mattress and wardrobe from Total Mall in Airport Road, Bangalore.
They delivered a damaged cot after 10 days, they took it back , returned with a cot (another 10 days) but a unfitting mattress.
Now there is complete apathy whenever I call them to replace the mattress.
