Consumer number[protected], company is impose fine illegal means while there is no reason for that., Due to meter defective i have raised the complaint for no supply and employee come for me to give a temporary supply to our home, but after some days the other team is saying meter tempering has done by consumer which is over all false charge....

It's been 4 months now. We had same using o[censored]nits and also before it was not that much High bill. But now no one is coming to read the meter nor anyone giving us bill for 4 months. When we called they ask do it yourself. And they not giving correct bill. No one coming and Asking us they will cut our line. When they are charging too much like a thief. They are charging too much when we already used same units in past...

The electricity pole in front of our house is bent a lot, as the supply wire passes over our roof, the supply wire touched our roof now. And we are getting little electric shock around the roof. I have raised a complaint in TPNODL portal and number is SR[protected]. I know TPNODL will not take care of this issue, that's why I am raising complain here....

From past 3years at mid night powercut is occur in our block telkoi.we face a lot of problems because we can't sleep properly at night during summer season and we are afraid to thiefs.Please help us...
