I have purchased the shoes of tracer on 24 August 2020 from the showroom of Gwalior (Topi Bazaar), Madhya Pradesh.
Within just 2 days of wearing, the shoes started tearing and the upper body of shoes gets removed from the sole.
I highly regret of buying it.( I'm not able to use it now) .What should I do now, What are the necessary steps to be taken, How can I get my shoes replaced??
Please help ASAP....
