I have booked 01 tickets on travolook website from BLR TO DEL dated 02 May 2022,

Then immediately received a call & email from travolook, regarding ticket has been cancelled, and they said you will get refund within 10-15 Working days.

Still date not received refund amount, I’m taking continuous follow-up but they are not answering calls and e-mails.

At the end amount...

I have booked 3 tickets from hyd to goa on 24 feb 2022, paid amount of 67374 with booking reference number REF[protected]

within 5 min of transaction i recieved a call from the customer service stating that fare is hiked is by 20000 and if i do the remaining hike price immediately my ticket would be confirmed for which i rejected.

the customer service personal agreed to cancel my booking as i was not willing to...

I have booked the ticket on Travolook website, and thereafter I received a call 5-7 mins later stating that the prices have increased and if I am not paying them ₹1080 they would cancel my ticket... Which they did

Whereas if I see the prices on their website I can see the same price listed that I paid you

I even checked the prices on the website during the call and found the same price that I had paid them....

The company Travalook is fake. They cancel your ticket on your own and then do not refund amount. I am following for last one month. They are not picking up phone. Not responding to emails....

I had a Spicejet flight on 20th July 2021 from Chennai to Jammu via Delhi on travalook website. PNR for the booking was MBFF6J and the booking reference number was REF[protected]. Prior to 2 days for departure, I had received an SMS that the flight was rescheduled. Later, the flight was rescheduled again and at last, it was cancelled. The time gap between my flight timings and those messages was very less. I got a lot of mental stress due to...

I booked 2 flight tickets with travalook which got cancelled after the money was debited saying the that airline has increased the price. I then received a call saying that the money will be refunded within 7-10 days . I have been repeatedly calling the customer care and enquiring about it since the last one month and till now I haven’t received my refund....

Refund not received within 2 months period of time, of flight cancellation due to non-generation of PNR from their system and there are all fraud CSR working in this organization who are not even transferring phone call to their senior executives and gives an excuse of merchant glitch, system glitch and holds customers for more than 2 months. REF[protected]. Their support email is useless, support team is useless and they exist to rob money...

On 11 July I booked a flight Aurangabad to Vishakhapatnam. but after few minutes flight get cancelled by them. But I did not get Refund. It has been two months I am calling their customer support team ([protected]). Every time they say to wait for 5-7 days you will definitely get your refund. But still I have not received my refund.

But after 2-3 min i got a call from travolook and an email that my booking is being canceled and my money will be refunded in 10-15days. But till now its being more than a month i have not received my refund and no one is attending the call on customer support...I am in a need of money urgently

I booked ticket on 16th April from Kolkata to Delhi. But I received a call that ticket was cancelled from their side on some technical grounds. I booked another ticket to travel but till now I haven't received the refund. Its almost 3 months, every time I contact customer care they saide wait for 7 - 8 working days

Hi my name is Lakhan Aswani. I booked 7 flight tickets from travolook last month from Pune to jabalpur in spicejet (PNR - AD6TJD) dated 4 june but the flight cancelled on 3 june.

Its almost 30 days I initiated refund but they are not given the refund yet.
Whereas other sites provide refund in 7 days....
