My airline tivket through travellook is booked on 04 sep 22 and the ticket is cancelled automatically then the coustmer care tells my refund is processed in 10 working days but now 04 months completed and the refund has not credit in my account

My airline tivket through travellook is booked on 04 sep 22 and the ticket is cancelled automatically then the coustmer care tells my refund is processed in 10 working days but now 04 months completed and the refund has not credit in my account...

I had booked my air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 19 th march my booking is canceled and money is deducted from my account till date I could not get my refund...

My ticket was cancelled by Travelook on APr 26, I have made a payment of 7020Rs and i am yet to given total refund, Please make it quick, this behaviour is very frustrating...

The ticket booking got immediately cancelled due to change in fare price but the amount deducted is still not received after the end of 2 months. I tried to contact customer care but they provide same response over and over again with no action from their end. Today, I made a call again but response was same. I am mentioning the date and response which I received. Could someone help me to get the refund.

I am feeling helpless...

Wrt booking reference ID REF[protected] and trailing mail for cancelled ticket, Travel look agency not yet received the amount from Indigo till now...in this cycle may pl tell how much time the amount will get credited to customers original bank account??
Or the consumer forum complaints will be sent today for payment credit with compensation and harrassment to me by indigo and travel look...either of two are eating intrests and delaying...
