Traveltime Pune Complaints & Reviews

I witnessed a very rash, careless and dangerous driving by a Traveltime cab today. I noted the number (Swift Dzire MH14 CX 2017) and called travel time to lodge a complaint. They transferred the called saying it's a different department but no one answered. This happened twice. Their drivers are roaming around the city driving like drunks and these people are not even interested in taking complaints. I can not think of a more careless company....

I booked a cab for July 31, 2014;2:30 pm in order to appear for an examination at Symbiosis. The operator refused to share details of driver stating that they provide info only half an hour prior to pickup. When it was 2;15 pm, I called again, only to be told that driver would be late by half an hour. When I asked for the driver details, she said that she would send the info vis sms. That sms never came, neither did the cab! I must mention...

This took place on Saturday 10 August 2013. We had booked two pickups taxi, same time to pickup from BAner and Aundh respectively. The Baner pickup came on time where as Aundh pickup was late by 35-40 min. This cost us almost 250 Rupees more as the other taxi had to wait for Aundh one. We regret to say the driver kept saying that he will be there in 5 min for almost 35 min. This is really disgusting as it cost...
