I made a booking from sec 34 CHD to IT park on 27-Apr-11, I requested them to give me a call or missed call once the cab reached since it was late and It was not safe to wait outside due to safety reasons. The cab came at 8:00 PM, 20 minutes late than promised. I made a booking in the Tri City cabs today for a drop from Sector-11 to Sector- 45 and back to Sector 11.
