Immigration officer was very rude, she grabbed my fingers and started pressing it firmly while cursing. She got angry as I did not do the biometrics as she expected. Well, we are passengers, it’s their job to explain these things to us. It’s not my first time doing biometrics either. These officers should be training properly. They should behave politely and respectfully to the passengers. Just arrived today from USA . Flight EK 522...

attitude of Emmigration staffs
I would like to inform you that the attitude of emmigration staffs in Trivandrum are very bad and they are just siting for make money, 01 of my friends are came from TRV to SHJ on 16 AUG, they suppose to come on 15 Aug but emmigration stoped them as they are asking for original visa, although they have the copy for online visit visa, stupid emmigration staff doesnt know what is onlie visa, they explained to them still they are not willing...

it is a shame for the trivandrum airport officers, they dont know how to behave with the passengers.
they are using their local language "poda" & "vada"
they should understand that if they accept areply in the same word.
It will be better that If the authorities train the immigration officers.

Corruption
One of my co-workers came to dubai through Trivndrum International Airport. in the immigration department stopped him for immigration purpose, finally they asked him money they told him go to the bathroom keep AED.200 inside the passport and give to him. He gave like that and they allowed him to fly. How cheap it is? This is the way they are treating travellers. This happend on night time. Please try to advise all inspectors of police who...
