I had booked round trip flights from Belgaum to Thirupati on 06.12.2021 for 4 passengers for 01.02.2022 and return on 04.02.2022, on booking no. ZE22F6 with E ticket no.:[protected], 06, 05, 04 and Invoice no.:[protected], 20, 21, 22.
I Recieved a SMS a few days prior to my schedle flight on mobile that my flights have been cancelled with out mentioning the reason for the same, They did not even have the courtesy to inform that...

TRUJET is cancelling flights at last moment and not issuing refunds. Their customer care doesnt even get connected. My flight from Ahmedabad to Jalgaon was cancelled by the airline at the last minute. I am trying to reach them by phone and email but getting no response. REFUND is pending since last 2 months.

This is to bring into notice of DGCA that TRUJET is cancelling flights at last moment and not issuing refunds. Their customer care doesnt even get connected. My flight from Nashik to Ahmedabad was cancelled by the airline at the last minute. I am trying to reach them by phone and email but getting no response. REFUND is pending since last 15 days....

I had booked flight 8 air ticket for date 16/10/2021 PNR AG8ER2, ABYZJ2, QK9232 but the truejet has sent me a text message stating flight has been cancelled.when and how to get refund of 12000 to my booked tickets...

Refund amount of cancelled flight ticket is not get to me since 5 days, Reference Pnr #:LFA2L6 Trujet cancellation of flight 2T717 BOM to KLH on 09/09/2021 DEP 12:55 hrs.
Kindly do needful earliest for refund booking amount to me.

It is also note that Trujet is always smart in cancellation flights from Kolhapur to Mumbai, but very poor in refund of cancelled air tickets, they always email information @ cancelled flights,...

On 16 Jan 2021 I booked trujet flight No 2T542 on 30 Jan 2021 at 1650h from Belgaum to Hyderabad which is connected to Spicejet flight No SG 932 at 1910h Hyderabad to Delhi through Easemy trip website. When I came Belgaum airport on 30 Jan 2021 the flight departure is rescheduled on 1715h. I went to truejet counter asked them why no call or message received me for rescheduled departure prior one day. They told me your email is not registered...

I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Bidar for 6th Apr 2020 and bidar to banaglore for 12 APr 2020.

Due to Lock down all flights were cancelled and i got the message saying flight cancelled but there is no way for me to contact Trujet to ask about the refund. Trujet also did not send any communication about refund.

My name is vikash shrma, i had booked flight tickets for two passengers in truejet from bengaluru to vidyanagar on 30/10/19.

Four days before the schedule they sent email that flight is cancelled from there it has been more then a month but i haven't received my refund.

There customer care number is not responding either.

Trujet cancelled flight from indore to hyderabad (14 oct 2019) for no reason. They have not initiated the due refund and it's been more than a month. They won't pick up calls or reply to mail and are practically unreachable. This is unacceptable and fraudulent.

The booking was done through paytm (Booking i. D - [protected])

But every day they told me the refund will give back to me by the end of the day after 3 days i called again then they ask 1 more week for refund. I have booked a seat on trujet flight to travel to tirupati. My date of travel was on 12th march but i have received an email on march 2nd stating that the flight has been cancelled. Its been more than 20 days, but i have not received my refund yet. Please help us in expediting the process

Worst service, useless airlines

Trujet always reschedule their flights, because of this i am not able to complete my plans in time, they are doing in a purposeful way of rescheduling for less than 6 hours, this is happening for the second time in 4 days.

I have traveled from bangalore to rajahmundry on[protected] on trujet fight - 2t312, it was supposed to be on 11:20, but rescheduled to 15:35.

And...
