I have booked a 3BHK flat in this project which is managed by Satyabrata Dhir. He has failed to deliver the flat as per the agreed date in the contract. And his company has sighted many reasons for the delay and have postponed the possession of flats on many occassions. Till now they haven't handed over any flats. TSL spring City is a fraud company.They have taken money and have not started construction.
2 Years Back We had given 3 installment but that builder has not started construction.He has eaten our hard earned money.
Beware of this fraud builder .TSL is another Shradha/Hitech scam.Will file an FIR soon ....
