Tsr Darashaw Complaints & Reviews

On the pretext of Sign Mismatch and other flimsy reasons, TSR Darashaw is withholding my shares for Demar for last 9+ yrs. The Demat depositors HDFC Bank also complain bitterly about procedural issues, process issues with TSR Darashaw, which seem to have no professional. They emply trainee/ cheap, uneducated and train them further to be lazy and unresponsive. All lines to TSR Darashaw on phone line are busy .

Sebi wants registrars to make simple process for transfer of shares but tata company s registrars tsr darabshaw is creating problems for small things and rejecting shares after 20 to 25 days. Bank manager has attested signatures and bank account is written on forms still they are asking to attach cancelled cheque. For what reason? Bank manager s attestation and account no is not sufficient. This is nothing but harrasement to investors. Sebi...
