Hello sir/madam,
I would like to bring to your notice about the blankets and beds provided in ttd rooms both in tirumala and tirupati. The blankets and beds in the rooms are so worst and unhygienic with full of bed bugs. Devotees come to visit lord venkatesa with small children and there is no hot water facility in the rooms atleast for small children. Please charge for the bucket of hot water if money is the only criteria for ttd....

I have booked special entry for a group of 5 members, but after booking i realise that i have selected a wrong date of booking. When i wanted to cancel the ticket, i did not find a provision to do that and later i learnt that it would be a forfeiture. My question is simple, why should it be a forfeiture? What is the logic behind it? It is my hard earned money and i have every right to get my cash back disregarding any transaction fees or...

In this restaurant they r charging very high rates hear they charging 46rs for one roti even these rates is not there in star hotels how tirumala board given permission for these type of hotel in tirumala.
This is not tourism place this is devotional related. Why this is not following tirumala food rate card prices either this hotel is related with any politician.

Please take action or can we go for higher levels....

While going for vaikunta dashanam in queue line i lost my bag which contains valuable things near vaikunta complex 2. Ttd involving in inhuman activity across tirumala for pilgrims visiting for darshan in which people without any registration is called as sarva darshan or people doesn't have money to opt for costly prebooking is forced to avail sarva darshan or free dashan without registration. We have booked 300rs ticket on nov 4th, 2017 for special darshana at tirumala. We could see so much injustices happened in the queue. It took us 2hours to complete darshana and whole 2hours, no compartment to sit. Everyone on stand position like free darshana line. I could see so many people feel sick due to suffocation. No one there to address this situation. And it is more horrible for sugar patients who wants to use bathrooms frequently....

We have been allotted gnc a 425 on 24 th july. The room floor is wet due to leakages. There are many holes in around the walls in which insects cockroach living. The doors and windows are not properly locked. Totally it is not suitable for dwelling.
