Right from the beginning tui service was appalling. Wait on the phone forever, never the right department and never any information. They cancelled my cruise eventually 1 week before 11/03. To date i still have not had my paypal refund some 8 days later. Excuse a separate department you can't talk to and we have an issue getting money to paypal. Didn't have an issue taking it. Paypal say one touch of a button. Tui just hanging onto money....

Our treatment by tui has been nothing short of disgusting, forget this 28 day reply promise, after much correspondence from us (Six letters of complaint) they finally replied in november 2019 (Six months not 28 days) telling us that they had followed the correct procedure regarding the health care issue... Would we have expected anything less?? We had a contract with tui for a fully functioning holiday, but this fell short of the agreement...

When i called to inquire about booking our holiday, i was told several times during the conversation that i could pay half the deposit immediately (August), the other half about a month later (September) and the outstanding balance she said we could pay by 5th november. I was both surprised and very pleased to know they had given us extra weeks to pay the outstanding amount.

hotel paradiso, nessebar , bulgaria

Terrible service and rude staff at the Paradiso Hotel Nessebar, Bulgaria. The TUI representative was off sick most of the week so we could not complain and we were told there wasn't any other rep available. We rang TUI and were told to contact you after the holiday once we got home.
The hotel is not as described online and there is no lobby, bar no facilities in the room except for a small fridge and a kettle, the electric socket hanging...

I was refunded by credit card for the sum of £22.50 for the appalling food served on flight tom 2744 on 9th june 2019. This credit has never been processed. I made an online complaint on17th june 2019 and still have had no response. I sent a letter to chief exec on 16th july, still no response!
I rang yesterday to complaints team and was assured by divyansh that a manager would ring me within the hour and i would receive an email...

We were on a flight from Manchester tom706 to marmaris on the 10th june.

I bought 2 tickets to go home on the 5 january for 2 people in premium class with extra pay at 1306 $ when we got to belgium at xmas and tryed to check on our tickets home, nobody at tui could find our tickets or wanted to help us, even made us go to airport brussels to tui main office to fix the issue and made us buy 2 new tickets to go gome and fly t another date as nothing g was available //

unsatisfactory holiday

I ordered lira through your branch at newton aycliffe county durham

On my first visit to the shop it had not been ordered and it was explained to me that they had not wrote the order down, this was not a problem as i was not traveling until the 02.09.18 so i re-ordered for collection today 23.8.18

I went in today to be told they could not get any lira in for me and the girl although she was very nice explained...

When we arrived at the hotel the milnibus dropped us at the bottom of a steep slope saying they could not drive up there. Other more mm in used, cars, lorries negotiated the slope with ease.

We had to drag all the baggage, herd the five young children up the slope in the heat without any help. No rep came with us to book us into the hotel to ensure all was well.

I am very disappointed in your service i booked a flight from palma to bournemouth and then realised i had made a mistake the following day. I tried to call sunday the lines were busy then system was down then the call centre closed early as a sunday. I am please requesting a refund (Would have been within the 24 hours should your system worked) and now 2 days later they are refusing. I want this escalated please as find this very poor customer...

delayed flight

My family and i flight was from birmingham to jamaica on the 28th of march at 8:45am. After an hour in our journey we was told the plane had to do a emergency landing in london because a window was broken. We had to wait at gatwick airport until 2pm. This was a very stressful experience for my family and i as i was travelling with a 13 weeks old baby. I go on holiday every year, this is my first time travelling tui and i am very disappointed....

Holiday for a family of 4 20th July to 27th July, ref number 2495722. Saved for months to pay for this holiday and it was the worst experience I have ever had abroad! Hotel was rammed with local other resorts being able to use the facilities, leading to overcrowding with major health and safety issues.
