I have orderd an action cam and nokia 3310 mobile, but you had sent a duplicate chinese lychee mobile and a non working action cam. The same was informed and the product was returned back. All this happened in the month of august and on aug 08, the package was sent back to your warehouse in hyderabad.
Its december now and i have not received my refund. All time your support team keep on sending thier template message that...

I ordered ultra hd action camera from turboshopp (Order t46488) 18 july 2017, costing 1799 rs.
The received product was differ from its mentioned specifications.
So i returned the product.
The payment for the same product isn't received yet.
I have reminded the turboboshopp support team for plenty of times. But i am not getting any kind of support/help/money return....

I had ordered an ultra hd action camera for 1800 rs. On 19th august 2017 making payment online and till date there is no message saying that same has been dispatched nor did i recieive that camera. Now i want my money to be refunded.
Turboshopp is cheat company.
It advertise its products on instagram and showing products at very low prices to attract people and cheat them....

I found that quality is very cheap and does not meet the provided specifications. So i send it back to them via courier having consignment no. Z28192730 of dtdc courier on date 25/7/2017. From that i fully dissatisfied so i have decided to return back the product & refund the my payment...

Plus turboshopp has mentioned that there is a full privilege for a return and refund in their website which is not at all true. Its a very fake promise that they are making and need...

Dear sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that i had ordered nokia – 3310 (1+1 combo) through online site of turboshopp bearing the order no: t44919 on 15th july.
But when i received & opened the parcel today (21st july) i was shocked that they have cheated by giving lychee 3310 handsets which is a cheap & 3rd grade china handsets!!!
That too without any invoices???
This site is totally fraud.br...

Hello sir i have purchased mobile handset through online shopping portal turbooshop on 16/07/17 (16 july). Its delivered me on 20/07/17 (20 july). They send me duplicate mobile handset & also send fake invoice with charged vat 5% instead of gst on 16/07/17. Becoz vat invoice is not valid after 30/06/17. Now they denied to issue gst invoice.. They clearly cheat customers as well as government through selling duplicate items & collecting tax...

I have ordered nokia 3310 but i received china brand fake toy 3310 mobile .I do not Want to use the fake product.

Now I want to send back mobile.I want return my money back

No body is replying on email even i tried to send mail 2 times.

In turboshopp they saud nokia 3310 model mobile but its a china company kgtel mobile brand and even they didn't provide customer care number too so please i kindly request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible

On checking the product its not unto mark.

Turboshopp promotion on facebook where handset looks very attractive and the mobile name 3310 is also misleading. Kindly check the photo and real mobile, there is huge difference.

. I just order a mob nokia 3310.. On 7/7/2017. Order no is 679458 on turboshopp. But after few days i got the parcel. And shocked to when i open this. No mobile box in there. A open mob. Along with battery and charger. Name of mob. K-tel. And i call to turboshopp. But they cut d phn again and again. Just a fake sittee. How can i refund my money back.. Plz resolve this issue...

I want a strict action like these type of fraud websites. They were cheating with peoples. I want to cancel my order. Because i have not recieved the complete order. The product describes that it contains 2 moble phones. But when i opemed the box it contains only one handset. So i wamt to cancel that order and refund my money..

There are so many tiny scraches, the product is not seems to be good, the picture of the mobile in your site is not match to this item, there are so many difference in appearance and also this mobile is not used for rough use.
