I had purchase a I bookfrom TVC Sky shop for INR 7490/-paid by credit card vide order number OC2570619 and when i received the delivery of the product the same was I Game for INR 2890. I had complained immediately to their customer service number [protected] the complaint was made daily where Mr Manpreet, abheejeet ,Sandeep Rahul etc but they are only making that the product will reach very soon on my asking ...

I have bought the TVC Speak English product (Books,CD, Cassests) from TVC Company. but i got defect in one CD. Please replace this CD.
