Duplicate Key for my two wheeler

I have not received my duplicate key even after completing my EMI's. I think lot of consumers are facing this problem with the TVS finance, since I received a key of some other person which was not the right key of my vehicle.
Even after repetative reminders for the duplicate key through mail, no response from them...
