I have purchase a tvas flame 125 which engine no. OF6H81053285, chassis no.MD625BF6881H52595 on 17.10.2008 up to first service the byke had no problem but from 2nd service was held on 16.01.09 at annapurna tvs siliguri. Then I have complain logged the byke can not smoothly run but they avoid my complain. 3rd service was due date 16.04.09 but I could not attend due time on account of my seriously illness of my mother.
