poor mileage & Silencer problem

Hi,

I had purchased a TVS FLAME bike on 04.12.08. Not even a year it completes but i am facing lot of problem with that bike.

1. Poor Mileage - 30Km/L
2. Poor Shock Absorber
3. Starting problem
4. Sound from engine above 50 Km/hr

Even after repeated service i am facing all the above problem. Now i request to take serious action against them for not providing a quality product...

fuel meter not working

Dear sir myself Md R Naseeruddin
I bought TVS FLAME on april 2008 in full cash 50000/- After 2 months the fuel meter in speedometer side is always showing full petrol and blinking even in nill petrol , I'm asking in service station for the past 2 yrs to replace it but they are not attending my fault and telling me that company is not replacing it because of no spares parts available of failure vehicle... I'm facing too...

speedometer not working...

i have purchased a TVS Flame 15 months ago, and from the time i have purchased, i am facing more problems in my bike such as huge vibration, Vobbling, many time i am telling to service center but they are not responding....and the service are not satisfaction...i am a middle class family and i cant waste my money like these silly mistake...and while purchasing the shop seller said this bike milage is above 65km/liter....now...

I Purchased A TVS FLAME Bike 3 months ago. In addition to various problems of Starting/economy etc,for last 20 days accelator wire of the bike is broken & the bike is standing idle at home. For poor mileage

Dear concern,
I had bought my bike TVS Flame(plain) in september,2008 and after 7 to 8 months it give very low mileage. approx 52-55 kmpl. then after few days when company launches TVS FLAME in SR version then i also migrated into that one. and from that day problems comes every 2 to 3 weeks like engine sound, body vibration all like that. but i comeover this problem with the support of the mechanics of showroom where i had purchased...

Problem in imi nd power band lights

Friends please help me wat to do..my flame 6400 kms done(4 services over) is working fine but today evening when,as soon as the ignition is started the power light in speedo started to glow and it never turned off at any speeds nd any gear.there is also no problem with economy light(as it glows when key is turned on).another problem is the imi,it shows 23 or 24 only..it never decreases or increases at any speed nd gear.also Nw it does not...

WORST Engine, Poor Mileage

Hi,

problem with engine

I have purchased TVS flame on 01/01/2009. From starting I am facing so much problems problems. Every month i have to take it to service center, but they couldn't solved the problem.
1) Knocking Sound
2) Self Start Problem
3) Sounds are coming when speed exceeds more than 55km/h
4) Suddenly engine off while driving.
5) no Pick up
6) Mileage 50km/ltr.
7) Early morning starting problem...br...

non availability of parts in service centre

I bought flame in 2008 . Several problems relating parts are there. Wiring and plug adopter of bike are not working well since past 2 months . Firstly i go service centre of GURDASPUR and told them change but they said they dont have parts and told us to come after 1 week . but until now they havenot change parts .They only told us to come day after day. Iam now very worried and angry. Service centre is ai Guirdaspur and name is SUNNY TVS....

worst service and customer relation and money minded

Hi,

This is about the worst and stupid TVS dealer, Kohinoor motors greams road chennai. It can even take 2 or 3 pages to list about worst dealers the kohinoor motors.

bad service, worst customer relation, stupid management.

Very poor Performing engine installed in TVS Flame!!!

Have been suffering with WORST ENGINE like this.
I purchased TVS FLAME in MCR Enterprices on APR-08 from the date of purchase i am getting over noise from the engine.When the engine got overheat it is giving a worst sound. Sound is coming like DIESEL Engine as tempo gives.

From the first service itself i am asking to arrest it still now it is not arrested....

Poor performance even after servicing

March '08 motor bike was purchased. Soon the engine developed additional sound while accelerating in second gear. Mileage (KPL) remained below 50 which further went down after 3rd servicing, which has not been improved after 4th servicing. Still the vehicle is having above said problems in addition it is getting cut off at slower speed and while starting accelerator has to be given. poor QA

I have a tvs flame bike which i purchase at the very begning when tvs launch the bike.
Now its approx 1 year(11 months + 20 days).I already replace two part of the bike from the company dealer.
But still there is poor cote of black color.It is going to dull at many places day by day.

WORST ENGINE EVER SEEN - Kindly don't go for it.

I have never seen a WORST ENGINE like this.

Regarding for the backup of Flame as per Engg ( Mr. Rathod ) sugission i repair my bike at AJAY TVS Jalna. that time my problem is clear. I got satisfied, about nocking, but afer 400km same problem available in my bike so i am unable to ride my bike for a long distnace

Yesterday (21.12.2008) I have purchased a TVS FLAME from Rajlaxmi motors, Bolangir, Orissa.
On Dt.17.12.08 TVS company (Orissa Zone) has published an advertisement in the newspaper (Oriya daily) 'The Samaj', page no.3 about the price of some TVS products. In that advertisement it was clearly stated that the price of TVS FLAME is Rs.43, 399/-.
