DEAR SIR,

LAST WEEK I HAD GIVEN BY MIKE FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT, IT IS GOING OFF IF I PUT THE INDICATOR OR HORN, THEY CHANGED THE COIL AND TOTAL BILL CAME AROUND 2238/- WHILE TAKING THE VEHICLE ONLY KICK STARTER WAS WORKING, SELF STARTER WAS NOT WORKING. MR.NAGARAJ CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE AT GOOD WILL TVS TOLD THAT IT IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED THE BATTERY (AMARON NE). BUT AFTER ONEDAY IT DOES NOT EVEN KICK STARTED...

I have never seen a WORSE ENGINE like this.

I purchased TVS FLAME in Ambika Service Centre Haldwani on Jun-08 from the date of purchase i am getting over noise from the engine.it is giving a worst sound. Sound is coming like (Cut cut cut cut cut cut cut)like.

When i asked the reason for the sound with other mechanic they are saying plz contact Tvs services centre. I m going Tvs services centre mechanic say sir i can short out your bike problems we have to change part....

no proper service

I have purchased tvs flame last year in may 08 & i have been serviceing the bike reguraly and every service i had one complaint that is low pick up & engine kocking every time your service enginers used to say it is the valves setting needs to be done but in vain the problem still exists. I feel that ur company do not have good mechanics and are not capable to solve the problems of the costumers or it could be that...
