Service after sales in Thane Maharashtra is in very bad Shape. I have purchase in May 2015. after one free service I went for other service come to know that free service period is over & refuse to give service.

There is no intimation call from Dealer for service due. As are working people We never remember due date, as a customer we are expecting service due call from your Authorized Dealer.

I purchased scooty two years ago but I have been facing repeated problem in the vehicle which is not being addressed by velachery ramkay TVS. Everytime i delivery the vehicle for service with out issue but the issue is not solved. tvs scooty authorised service centre causing lots of problems to consumers and charge heavily stating many faults in vehicle. i do not understand why their parts are getting worn faster between service. that makes question to the quality of product.
