very low mileage and engine sound

i finished my 3 free service
but still that 2 problems not yet rectify
problem 1) very low mileage
problem 2) sound coming from engine
i already complaint to that service person (from ganesh tvs erode)
still not yet rectify , they are not taking care
very very poor service station
please do the needful soon...........

regarding service
I have purchased an TVS xl super from balasanka(dealer ) virudhunagar on 21.02.09. After having my first service i have so many problems in my bike.. before having the service the vehicle was in good condition....
