I trusted the words of anjali tvs dealer and bought tvs ntorq race edition bs6.
Thr is piston prblm n had to replace few parts.
I tried to get parts which needed frm authorized service centers n got few of them
Remaining parts aren't available in any dealer in total Hyderabad. N the answer they giving is its gonna take a month to get them.
If tvs company can't provide spare parts why do u guys sell vehicles by...

Bought tvs juptier from rythm auto vishalnagar pune on 7th may 2019
Rto pune passing has been done and vehicle number generated (Received through sms from rto parivahann)

Company has not bothered to inform about when number plate will be fixed,
Speedometer connection will be done nor has issued any service booklet or any document for the new vehicle

This absolutely poor customer service....
